By submitting your photograph(s) for consideration in the BankNorth Photo Calendar Contest, you ("the Participant") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ownership and Rights
By submitting a photograph, you confirm that you are the sole owner of the image and hold all necessary rights, including copyright, to grant permission for its use in the Moments That Feel Like Home calendar (“the Calendar”). You are responsible for ensuring that your submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

License to Use
By submitting a photograph, you grant BankNorth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the image in the Calendar, as well as in related promotional materials, including print, website, and social media, without additional compensation.
Parental/Guardian Consent for Minors
If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the photograph on their behalf. By agreeing to these terms, the parent or legal guardian provides consent for the use of the submitted photograph.
Selection and Editing
BankNorth reserves the right to select, crop, or edit submitted photographs as needed for layout and production purposes.
Release of Liability
By submitting a photograph, you release BankNorth, its affiliates, employees, officers, and directors from any claims or liability related to the use of the submitted image.
Publicity
If selected, you agree that your name, hometown, and a brief description of your photograph may be used in the Calendar and for promotional purposes.

Calendar Distribution
Calendars will be distributed at BankNorth’s discretion. No monetary compensation will be provided for selected photographs.
Withdrawal of Submission
If your photograph is selected for inclusion in the Calendar, it may not be withdrawn once the selection process is complete.
Agreement to Terms
By checking the box below, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and grant permission for your photograph(s) to be used if selected.
