Pre-Launch Checklist
Verify and Update Your Contact Information
This ensures you are receiving the alerts and notifications set up and also safeguards your confidential information against financial fraud and identity theft.
Review Any Recurring or One-Time Internal Transfers
These must be scheduled with an effective date PRIOR to Friday, December 6. Internal transfers scheduled after the cutoff date will not process.
Review Your Bill Pay Information to Ensure Accuracy
Access to Bill Pay will be disabled in online and mobile banking on Thursday, December 5 “Last Payment Date” for Bill Pay vendors will be Friday, December 6.
Review Any Recurring or One-Time ACH Batches
These must have a final effective date PRIOR to Friday, December 6. ACH batch items scheduled after the cutoff date should be unscheduled and than rescheduled on the new Digital Banking platform.
QuickBooks, Quicken and Mint Users
REQUIRED SOFTWARE UPDATE!
All users are required to update your software by December 6. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition.

NEW Mobile Banking Apps - Available Monday, December 9
iPhone Users
On or after Monday, December 9, you will need to delete your current BankNorth mobile app and download the new mobile app from the Apple Store.
Android Users
On or after Monday, December 9, you will need to delete your current BankNorth mobile app and download the new mobile app from the Google Play Store.
Launch Checklist
Customers should review the following information with the new Digital Banking Platform to confirm everything is correct after launch.- Verify all your accounts are listed, and available to transact.
- Review any scheduled or recurring internal transfers. External transfers will need to be rescheduled.
- Review your scheduled/recurring Bill Pay payments. Verify your payee names, addresses and account numbers are all listed and correct.
- Reestablish your alerts or push notifications.
